Refund and Returns Policy
At Jarsify, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand our return and refund process.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Item Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Free from any signs of usage or damage (unless the item was received damaged).
3. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or broken glass/plastic jar, please inform us within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof Required: You must provide clear pictures or an unboxing video of the damaged product.
- Resolution: For damaged items, we provide a full refund for the cost of the damaged unit(s). We do not send replacements for individual broken items; instead, we issue a refund to your original payment method or bank account.
4. Returns for Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind:
- The product must be in New Only condition (unopened).
- The customer is responsible for paying the Return Shipping Costs to our office address.

6. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
- Refunds are typically sent via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash as per the customer’s preference.
7. Shipping Fees and Restocking Fees
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fee.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
